Sergio Meza is General Coordinator of El Pacto, a project of a Plan Estratégico de Juárez, A.C., Sergio has held public administration positions in the Juarez municipal government (2002-2004, 2004-2007). He has also worked in the private sector and in academia. He is currently involved as a volunteer in various community projects that promote education and family values. He has bachelors degree in Philosophy and another in Technological Sciences, and has a masters degree in Education and another in Bioethics, the last three degrees from Italian universities.
